This policy outlines the shipping and delivery process for services and products provided by WB Diagnositcs, including:
- Home sample collection
- Delivery of physical reports (if applicable)
- Shipment of test kits or wellness packages
Service Area
We currently offer home collection and delivery services in selected cities and PIN codes across India. Availability may vary based on your location and test type.
Home Sample Collection
- Booking Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation via SMS/email with the date, time slot, and phlebotomist details.
- Time Slots: Home collections are available in standard time slots (e.g., 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) and may vary depending on the locality.
- Delays or Rescheduling: In case of delays due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, our team will inform you and reschedule if required.
Delivery of Reports
- Digital Reports: All test reports are delivered digitally via email and through your Mylabs.care account within the stipulated time.
- Physical Reports: Physical copies (if opted) are couriered within 2–5 working days post-report generation. Additional delivery charges may apply.
Shipment of Test Kits (if applicable)
- Dispatch Time: Test kits are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.
- Courier Partners: We work with trusted delivery partners like Delhivery, BlueDart, or India Post.
- Tracking: A tracking link will be shared via email/SMS once the shipment is dispatched.
- Delivery Time: Kits are typically delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Charges
- Home Collection: Charges (if applicable) will be shown during the booking process.
- Kit Delivery: Standard or express delivery charges will be displayed during checkout, based on your location and urgency.
Missed Delivery or Collection
In case of a missed delivery or collection attempt due to customer unavailability, we will attempt to reschedule up to 1 additional time at no extra charge. Further attempts may incur a nominal fee.
