Refund & Cancellation

Cancellation Policy

  • Before Sample Collection: You may cancel a test booking up to 4 hours before the scheduled sample collection and receive a full refund.
  • After Sample Collection: No cancellations or refunds are allowed after sample collection has begun.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
  • Service not delivered (e.g., phlebotomist did not arrive).
  • Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
  • Tests not processed due to operational failure.
  Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

How to Request a Refund

Email wbenterprises22@gmail.com or message on our customer connect number 7777004805 within 48 hours of the incident with your booking details and reason for the refund.

Exceptions

No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Misinterpretation of results without consulting a doctor
  • Incomplete samples due to user non-compliance
