Cancellation Policy
- Before Sample Collection: You may cancel a test booking up to 4 hours before the scheduled sample collection and receive a full refund.
- After Sample Collection: No cancellations or refunds are allowed after sample collection has begun.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
- Service not delivered (e.g., phlebotomist did not arrive).
- Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
- Tests not processed due to operational failure.
Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
How to Request a Refund
Exceptions
No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction due to:
- Change of mind
- Misinterpretation of results without consulting a doctor
- Incomplete samples due to user non-compliance
